She is an expert in contextualising organisational fintech and culture needs and has led multiple projects for leading FTSE 100 and other public listed entities in the Middle East region.
FWD’s active mentor and currently an Executive Coach, David Harris has a recognized track record of over 20 years of Financial Services experience across strategy, sales, service, distribution and marketing in the Middle East and the UK. As a former Director of Distribution for RSA Insurance UAE, a FTSE100 company, David has been instrumental in managing diverse teams and achieving sustainable and profitable growth through those teams.
He has also worked with renowned organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland, LLOYDS Bank Insurance Services and HSBC Insurance Brokers amongst others. In his tenure at RSA, he has sponsored many strategic projects including Digital Transformation and Customer Experience and brings with him wealth of practical and in-depth knowledge and advisory to FWD’s clients.
Neeru Marya Sharma is the Founder and Managing Director of Marya Leadership Academy, a coaching and leadership development firm based out of Dubai. She is an incredibly experienced coach, innovation facilitator and change agent who has facilitated large-scale innovations and systemic change projects as an innovation consultant and as a coach to Fortune 500 companies and CEOs to SMEs based out of Dubai.
She brings a practical, empathetic and hands on approach to behavioral and mindset change required for transformation.
